The Crucible is currently rotating their stock of heroic yet bloody portraiture for new and bloody portraiture. Questions were raised about the artists being represented but it was made VERY clear that Goya would not be among those represented.
Goya is, how do we say…something the Dragons or Illuminati should have on their wall. We should be unveiling our Rembrant’s and DaVinci’s instead of Goyas. Goya gives the wrong message. We want order. We want our side triumphing. We don’t want revolutions. We want something that fits the Templar image.
With further questioning information was released that Picasso and Pollack will also be archived in favor of more traditional history and lore. We love us some splatter paintings, but apparently the Templars want to go with a new image, by maintaining the old image.
